Transformative Social Change
16 Days of Activism Against Gender-based Violence
The annual 16 Days of Activism brought opportunities to amplify our community partners’ and White Ribbon’s voices. We delivered a wide array of speaking engagements, training and commemorations, while collaborating with many local and global organizations, institutions and places of work. Some of our 16 Days partners and collaborators included:
- The Ontario Power Generation
- BASF Canada
- Rio Tinto
- Vale
- Arup Canada
- Lancashire Council (UK)
- Canadian Federation of Municipalities
- Instituto Patrícia Galvão (Brazil)
- The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery School at Canadian Forces Base Gagetown
- Ontario Tech University's Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science
- Hydro One
We thank them for their leadership in engaging their communities in important learning and dialogue on the role of men in ending all forms of gender-based violence and discrimination.
